Call For Proposals

Arkansas Counseling Association Fall Conference 2022

The Arkansas Counseling Association is making a preliminary call for proposals for our Fall 2022 Conference.  The theme of the conference will be Embracing Diversity: Leaning Into Our Differences.

The goal of this year's conference is to explore diversity in all of its forms.  To this end, the Arkansas Counseling Association is pleased to invite you to participate in our 2022 Conference held November 9-11 in Little Rock, AR at the Wyndham Riverfront.

To compliment our theme, our Keynote Speaker will be American Counseling Association President, Dr. Kent Butler.  In addition to serving as the American Counseling Association's 70th president, Dr. Butler has served as the Interim Chief Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Officer at the University of Central Florida as well as the 2011 – 2012 President of the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (AMCD)

We are looking for proposals that embrace all the unique experiences that encompass diversity. Proposals that address critical elements of diversity in ethics and supervision are especially sought.

If interested, please use the button below to send in your proposal. Proposals should be between 1-1.5 hours.

All submissions must be received no later than Friday, July, 29th 2022.
